Rohit Shetty-directed, “Dilwale” successfully grabbed Rs. 65.09 Cr from the Indian Bollywood market after collecting Rs. 24 Cr on Sunday confirmed by a tweet of trade analyst Taran Adarsh, “#Dilwale Fri 21 cr, Sat 20.09 cr, Sun 24 cr. Total: ₹ 65.09 cr. India biz. Good growth on Sunday.”

The Gauri Khan’s production till the end of the opening day made an awesome business of $8.5 million which comes out to be the total of Rs. 56.38 Cr as per the tweet of Taran, “#Dilwale Overseas total: $ 8.5 million [₹ 56.38 cr]. From the opening day onwards, the movie is facing opposition in many regions of India such as Bihar and Rajasthan. On Sunday, the screening of the production had been stopped in Mangaluru, Karnataka by Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal. The Shah Rukh Khan’s words on intolerance in the country annoyed some activists which made them against the running of his production in theatres of some regions.

As of now the confirmed opening weekend collection is Rs. 65.09 Cr which could reach up to Rs. 80 Cr* after Today’s last show.

The total collection is Rs. 75.18 Cr, failed to cross Rs. 80 Cr mark
