Meizu Pro 5 Mini with Metal body and 4.7-inch Display Listed Online: Specs, Release Date, Price in India


Meizu Pro 5 Mini: The company has not revealed anything about the launch of the mini version of Pro 5 smartphone. However, one of the third party online retailer listed the phone before the official launch of the device. A European online retailer listed the device as Pro5 mini at the price tag of EUR 359.99 (approx. Rs. 26,000/-).

Meizu Pro 5 Mini Specifications

The Android-based Meizu  Pro 5 mini packed with a 4.7-inch full HD display and a 64-bit Helio X20 MT6797 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. Earlier, the Pro 5 comes with Samsung Exynos 7420 octa-core processor and GPU, Mali T760 MP8. The Pro 5 is available with 3GB and 4GB of RAM. The smartphone runs latest Android 5.1 Lollipop Flyme OS.

The Meizu Pro5 mini have 32 GB of internal storage and can be further expanded up to 128 GB via microSD card slot. Click stunning pics with 16MP main camera. The front camera as usual is of 5MP. The handset is powered by a 3050 mAh battery and also supports 4G SIM networks.

In October, the company’s flagship, the Pro 5 was announced but delayed until November because of the flood at the factory in Guangdong. The factory destroyed in the disaster was used to manufacture the unibody chassis of Meizu Pro 5 smartphone. Meizu can perform well in the Indian Smartphone market, if they give quality device at the mid-range price. As there is huge competition in between the numerous Chinese, Korean and Indian companies in the market.

Now the Meizu launched the Pro 5 in two variants which differ by RAM and internal storage. One is of LPDDR4 3GB RAM with 32 GB internal memory priced at CNY 2,799 (approx. Rs. 29,000/-) while the other is LPDDR4 4GB RAM with 64 GB of storage available at CNY 3,099 (approx. Rs. 32,100/-).
