Dr. Stone concluded its first season in 2018, and since then, the fans have been anticipating its return. It initially released its first season in July 2019 and ended in December 2019. The anime became famous for bringing unique characters and a unique storyline.
It is based on a Manga known as Jump written by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by Boichi. When the first installment concluded, it was also announced that there was going to be another season. Which left us with questions like when was it going to release? And what was the plot going to be? Well, we have got all the answers for you.
It followed Senku Ishigami, who revived after nearly 3,700 years after the mysterious light-struck earth and turned all of its population into stone. Senku realized he was revived using nitric acid.
He started developing a compound with which he wanted to revive others. He began by resurrecting his friend Taiju Oki, Yuzuriha Ogawa, and a famous martial artist Tsukasa Shishio. He focused on creating a scientific civilization.
However, Tsukasa had other plans, and he attempted to kill Senku and left to create his world based on power and strength. As time went on, Senku became the most trusted by the tribe, already living in the world.
Season two may follow Senku on his journey to revive the population. It is going to follow the Stone Wars arc from the Manga Series. We will probably be seeing more of Stone Battles. Tsukasa may go on to form his kingdom, which will be based on power. At the same time, Senku will work on building a scientific civilization.
This dispute will continue further where there will only be one end to it. Senku also found few metals left by his father that can help him produce mass revival fluid. The second installment may include him trying to create the fluid in mass to revive most of the population and him trying to defeat Tsukasa.
In the Japanese version, we may see Yusuke Kobayashi as Senku Ishigami, Manami Numakura as Kohaku, Gen Sato as Chrome, Yuichi Nakamura as Tsukasa Shishio and Makoto Furukawa as Taiju Oki.
In the English version, we hope to see Aaron Dismuke as Senku Ishigami, Ricco Fajardo as Taiju Oki, Matt Shipman as Chrome, Ian Sinclair as Tsukasa Shishio and Felecia Angelle as Kohaku.
