As a kid, Scooby-Doo was our go-to animated series. With a few shows and movies, we have been left wanting more. Luckily our wish is about to be fulfilled. Warner Bros announced that they are set to bring another addition into the franchise soon. It is going to be written, directed, and produced by animation veteran Maxwell Atom. He is very well known for his creations like Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy and Evil Con Carne.
The movie is set to star some famous voice casts like Frank Welker (from Aladdin 1992) as Scooby, Matthew Lillard (from Scooby-Doo! Mystery Inc.) as Shaggy Rogers, Cassandra Peterson as Elvira (from Elvira: Mistress of the Dark), Grey Griffin (from Avatar: The Last Airbender) as Daphne Blake, Kate Micucci (from Garfunkel and Oates) as Velma Dinkley, Bill Nye the Science Guy and Welker as Fred.
The antagonist is going to be none other than Doctor Jonathan Crane, aka Scarecrow. Dwight Schultz (from Fat Man and Little Boy) will be lending his voice to Scarecrow.
Halloween turns into chaos when a pumpkin in the neighborhood gets contaminated by a toxic ooze, which starts creating trouble around town. The team meets Elvira, Mistress of the Dark, and Bill Nye, the Science Guy. They together go on to defeat Scarecrow.
