Disjointed Season 3 Release Date, Cast, Plot, Trailer, Episodes, Spoilers, Netflix News & Updates
The Big Bang Theory’s creators Chuck Lorre and his partner in crime David Javerbaum came with a show named Disjointed in 2017. It became one of the most loved comedy series on Netflix. The streaming giant ordered twenty episodes, and it was released in two parts.
After delivering two seasons/parts, the show concluded in 2018, and since then, the wait for the third season is ongoing. While the critics criticized the show, fans loved it. Nevertheless, let’s get into the details and find out if there will be another season.
The show is set in LA. Ruth, the protagonist, is a lifelong marijuana advocate and activist who fought to make marijuana legal. After years of trying, she finally gets permission to open her marijuana dispensary called Ruth’s Alternative Caring.
She employs her son to help her in the business, with budtenders, a security guard, and an in-store marijuana grower. As the show progresses, it highlights various issues that people go through and the medical benefits of marijuana with the ups and downs that Ruth faces in her life.
Since the show concluded in 2018, it has been a waiting game for the fans. It was suspected that the show might come out in late 2018. However, after the show concluded in January, Netflix announced in February that the show was canceled. The main reason for the cancelation was the low viewership rate.
The show was also compared to another show named The Ranch. It was released in the same pattern as Disjointed and was criticized as well. The Ranch went on to have many more parts, while Disjointed didn’t get the chance to do so.
It is unlikely that the show will be picked up again because of the criticism and the viewership rate. (check: Dirty John Season 3 Release Date, Cast, Plot, Trailer, Episodes and Everything Else So Far.)
