Airlift 2nd Tuesday Collection, Airlift 12th Day Box Office Total 12 Days Report and Occupancy, Akshay Kumar’s Film Running Smooth After 2nd Weekend: The war-thriller movie has done hilarious business till the end of the 2nd weekend with a collection of over Rs. 100 Cr. With this, it has become the 4th movie to earn this much after “Housefull 2”, “Rowdy Rathore”, and “Holiday”.

After collecting Rs. 8.26 Cr on 2nd Sunday, the movie has made of the total business of 102.76 Cr from the domestic BO. The 2nd Monday report says that the movie successfully grabbed Rs. 2.53 Cr which is also confirmed by the tweet of trade analyst Taran Adarsh, “#Airlift is STEADY. [Week 2] Fri 4.50 cr, Sat 6.50 cr, Sun 8.26 cr, Mon 2.53 cr. Total: ₹ 105.29 cr. India biz.”
The overseas screens are making a considerable part of the collection of the flick. Till 2nd Weekend, the overseas collection stands at 35.23 Cr which turns out to the total of Rs. 137.99 as the worldwide box office collection. The major overseas earnings are from UAE and other neighboring countries.
Till Now, there is minimal competition given by the other releases. But this Friday, things might change as new releases such as Sunny Deol’s “Ghayal Once Again” and Harshvardhan Rane’s “Sanam Teri Kasam”. These are the productions which are being promoted hugely and has been greatly advance booked.
The lead actor’s previous production, “Holiday” has a lifetime collections of Rs. 112.65 Cr which is very easy for the Raja Krishna Menon-directed flick to surpass this amount in these couple of days. The week 2 business is going to shatter some records.
The Iraq-Kuwait war of 1990 based production is getting strong words of mouth which boosted its performance even after the end of the 1st weekend on the Republic Day, the day of proud for Indians. The movie also features respected work of commercial pilots and good efforts of Ranjit Katyal and made the history of biggest airlift which is also recorded in the “Guinness Book of World Records”.
