Bela told to Kaurvaki that Ashoka would come to Bar today which was outside the Kalinga. She said tonight the night has come when she would meet him. Ashoka went to Bar.

Kaurvaki and Bela also reached there by covering their faces with dupatta. Kaurvaki thought they would meet one day and no one could do separate them. Bela and Kaurvaki went inside and sat there. A man took Ashoka’s glass when he tried to drink it. Ashoka pulled him and said he would hit him.

Ashoka said if he would defeat him then he would give a treat to everyone. The man agreed to him. Kaurvaki caught a man and said to him that she know he was Sushim’s man. She said Magadh people could not enter in this bar.

She said to him that if he wanted to save himself then tell her about Ashoka.  The man said he searched him everywhere but he could not find him for Sushim. He said he left the only place and that was Ujjain.

He said Ashoka could be there. Kaurvaki showed hope to find Ashoka. Ashoka beat that man and took money from him and said to everyone for enjoying there. Ashoka did dance with the dancers. He recalled everything about Patliputra.

He went out from the bar and thought about Kaurvaki. He took dreams of Kaurvaki and said to her that he could not see her from long times. He imagined Kaurvaki was there. He said to her that he could not live without her and when they would meet now? She said to him that the states, traditions, and thrones were obstacles for them.

Ashoka moved towards her and fell down and hung on a branch. She shouted Ashoka, she said even death could not separate them. She said their death would unite them. Kaurvaki also fell down. Ashoka holds her hand. Ashoka became conscious then. The peasant (Nand) laughed to see him like this.
