Chief Accounting Officer at Lincoln Financial Leaving in March

Shares of Lincoln Financial Group (LNC) were slipping in Monday’s after-market and the life insurance company tonight saying Chief Accounting Officer Douglas Miller will retire next March and will be replaced in the post by Christine Janofsky, who is currently assistant controller at Lincoln Financial.

LNC shares were down 0.25% at $48.54 apiece, paring a 3% advance for the stock during today’s regular session.

Miller has worked at the company since 1984, beginning as advanced staff auditor at its office in Fort Wayne, Ind.
