‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba’ has a plot that revolves around the life of Tanjito Kamado. Koyoharu Gotoge-written anime shows how a young boy finishes lots of demons after a sad incident occurred in his life.
The young boy is Tanjito Kamado whose family has been destroyed by the demons. After this incident, he decided to finish almost every demon. People loved the show a lot giving the positive word of mouth and reviews which in turn reflected with a rating of 8.8/10 on IMDb.
Recently, some fans from Korea and Japan have played a Korean game, ‘The Ear-Slaying Sword’, they discovered many things resembles with ‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaibu’.
When someone plays the ‘The Ear-Slaying Sword’, the main character is reported to have too many similarities. Other than that, the story also feels the same, one can easily identify that the Korean game is copied.
After knowing that much resemblance, the fans started spreading the news on the social media for the producer of the anime to take some action.
Eventually, after 5 days of launch on April 29, 2020, the news came for removing the game service from the market by the developer.

But, the developer didn’t mention the plagiarism reason for discontinuing the service. He simply said that how the game and anime looks similar is mainly because of the reason of culture shown and the dressing style.
Tenni, the creator of the Korean game has terminated the in-app purchases and felt guilty for the disruption caused to the fans.
The producer of the anime hasn’t said anything about the accusations. They are already busy with the development of a game based on this anime. The game will be available for mobile platforms and other gaming consoles.
We will update this once, the development news becomes public from the creator. Besides the game, the fans of anime are eager to watch the second installment of the series.
