America’s Frontline Doctors had a summit on July 27 for “American Life has fallen casualty to massive disinformation & we need to stop living in fear!”. Dr. Simone Gold shared the video with a Tweet by Dr. Simone Gold.
Gold is the leader of the group who was featured on Fox News where she said that stay-at-home orders are harmful. There was “no scientific basis that the average American should be concerned” about coronavirus.
Recently, a video featuring Gold along with other doctors from the group went viral on social media. Within a short span of time, it grabbed the attention of millions of eyeballs but later all of the social media giants like YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook removed the viral video saying that it is spreading misinformation about the COVID-19.
The video is first published by Breitbart News which shows a group of people with white lab coats presenting the press conference in front of the Supreme Court, Washington, DC. They are calling themselves “America’s Frontline Doctors”.
Social media was full of various versions of this video. Above all, President Trump also shared videos on Monday. Dr. Simone Gold asked with a tweet, “Why are they censoring Physicians from speaking about COVID-19 and Hydroxychloroquine?”

Apart from the viral video, America’s Frontline Doctors Summit shows a completely different picture of the virus. Gold said in the video that “more people are dying because of lockdown, not the COVID-19”.
