Eid Mubarak Eid al-Adha 2016: This is the time of festival for millions of Muslims around the world because its Eid al-Adha which is holiday and with this the Hajj gets completed. This day is celebrated as it is the day on which Prophet Ibrahim decided for the sacrification of the life of his son. But God itself told him to sacrifice an animal.

The animals including goat, sheep etc has to sacrifice their life by the Muslims. The one-third part of the meat is for self and family consumption, another one-third part for the neighbours or friends, and the remaing part will be donated for the poor and needy persons. The day across various parts of the world is also known as “Bakr-Eid” or “Sacrifice Feast.”
This Eid is marked for the visit and performing rituals in Saudi Arabia which are known as Umarh and Hajj. The most common phrase for wishing across the globe is, “Blessed Eid” or “Eid Mubarak.” And other words including “Kul ’am wa inta bekhair,” or “May every year see you in good health,” and “Eid Saeed,” or “Happy Eid,” are also used to greet friends and relatives.
