Fan 16th Day Collection 3rd Saturday Box Office Report: Surviving another day at box office screens, Fan completed its 3rd Sunday at the BO. Like Shah Rukh Khan previous movies Dilwale and Happy New Year, the expectations from Fan were also too high.
Check: Baaghi Collections.
The makers of the film and Bollywood industry was expecting the same from the movie but it failed. After a good opening at BO screens, Fan lost its craze. The only reason why Fan is having income in its 3rd week is Shah Rukh Khan because he is still promoting the movie.
The opening weekend collection of the movie was Rs. 54.3 crores and after that movie’s business declined gradually day after day. The third Friday collection of the film Fan was Rs 0.45 crores with nearly 35% occupancy rate at BO screens.
Today is the 16th day and 3rd Saturday of the film in the theaters and being a holiday the collection is higher than 15th-day income. The occupancy rate is just around 40%. The films 16th-day collection are around Rs. 0.52 crores and with this movie’s total production till now reaches Rs. 90.23 crores in the domestic region.
From international region the film has made around Rs. 61.21 crores. The total box office collection of the movie crosses 150 crores. It’s clear from the statistics that the movie is running in theaters without much profit and won’t be able to survive for long if the trends continue.
New release “Bhaagi” has also affected the collections of Fan badly. Bhaagi collected Rs. 11 crores on its opening day. Another point to notice is that next week four new big movies will be released which will further crush the movie and these movies include – Captain America: Civil war, One Night Stand, Azhar and Kaptaan etc.
Fan 16th Day Collection
These new movies will definitely put a full stop in Fan’s earning statement. As new movies have been released this weekend so it’s quite obvious that it would be almost impossible for it to accelerate its production and cross Rs. 155 crores in the coming week.
Fan 3rd Saturday Box Office Collection – Rs. 0.52 Cr*.
