Filmfare Awards 2016 Winners List: The 61st Filmfare Awards were announced yesterday and a large number of artist attended the event. The Award show had gone entertaining for both the stars and audience watching the show at home on television sets.
The big names who attended the event and awarded include Deepika Padukone, Shah Rukh Khan, Sunny Leone, Amitabh Bachchan, Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor and more. The award is, as usual, the coveted black lady. The award is meant for the excellence in cinematic achievements.

This first Filmfare award was distributed in the year 1953 and this is not only meant for artistic excellence but also for the technical excellence from the world of Bollywood industry. Initially, it was named as National Film Awards and it is presented annually by The Times Group.
