Last time, the successful films were “Yamla Pagla Deewana” and “Yamla Pagla Deewana 2” which features Sunny Deol, Dharmendra, and Bobby Deol in the lead cast. Both of the flicks has done superb business in India.
The lead actor has been impressed by the love and support given by his fans and now he is planning to launch another sequel of the flick. He will also come back with new concept soon. He knows what his valuable fans want. Most of the work for the production of Ghayal 2 has been done by him. From directorial part to script writing. His father Dharmendra helped him by investing the production amount.
The week in which the movie was released doesn’t have any film to compete for this. The business dropped due to the romantic releases of Pulkit Samrat’s “Sanam Re” and Katrina Kaif’s “Fitoor” during valentine week. The week’s audiences have the majority of couples who head towards theaters just to watch a love theme film to enjoy with their partners.
The revenge thriller movie features Sunny Deol in the character of angry man Ajay Mehra who murders Balwant Rai (the murderer of his brother). After taking the revenge, he himself surrenders to the police officer Joe Dsouza and the climax has the happy ending.

The Hindi film critics made the film to have underperformance on the screens. But the words of mouth the audiences and moviegoers boosted the performance. And it has recovered the whole budget within 2 weeks making a considerable profit for the producers.
