“Kabali” was much hyped for, before its release. All the pre-bookings were sold out and the shows were packed, thus pointing towards high biz numbers. Later, as the wave of average reviews hit the moviegoers, it was expected that the numbers would drop. But the reviews stood a no chance in front of the fan following of Rajini anna.
Kabali is said to have earned around a total of Rs 230 crore at the BO, thus heading steadily towards the Rs 300 crore club worldwide. As per sources, it has earned Rs 135 crore net at the domestic market, thus the gross being Rs 157.5 crore.
Other than this, the overseas collection account for around Rs 86.5 crores, thus making a total of Rs 244 crore worldwide, thus sliding in to the vicinity of Rs 300 crore.
Kabali 7th Day Collection
After making around Rs 100 crore in its three day run at the Indian market, its total for the later four days average out to be between Rs 10 – 15 crore. Therefore it is expect to make around Rs 35 crore* in the four week days run at the Box Office.

Rajinikanth’s Kabali had a top notch in various overseas market. In US it opened up to be the highest opener in its niche. It made a dream run in the USA- Canada markets. Also, in the Malaysian and the UK, the flick was in the top stack after its release. Thus, it is accounted for being the highest opener in 4 countries.
With this earth shattering performance, the movie has made its name in the history. Running with a pace double than Salman Khan’s Sultan, the flick surpassed the records held by it soon after its release.
