Mark McCloskey and Patricia McCloskey, a St. Louis democrat couple pointed an Ar-15 rifle at the protesters who were walking around their house on June 28. The video of two pointing a semi-automatic rifle at 4472 Lindell blvd, Missouri Bar, St. Louis went viral on Twitter earlier today. The married couple walked out of their home and started clearing off the protesters surrounding their home with a gun.
However, the videos shared on Twitter do not show people trespassing the Mark & Patricia McCloskey property while protesting for the resignation of St. Louis Mayor Lyda Krewson. The Mayor, main target of the protest, has not yet commented on the incident.
Later on, a video surfaced depicting people passing by a pedestrian gate which stated “private street,” “no trespassing” and “access limited to residents.” But the eyewitnesses have said that the protesters were calm and they did not hinder the couple’s place “Midwestern palazzo.”

Mark McCloskey, 63, pointed an AR-15 while his wife Patty McCloskey, 61, held a handgun on the bystanders. A video, now deleted, showed Patricia holding the handgun at passing protesters and wearing a T-shirt which read, “Hold up, Don’t shoot.”
St. Louis police have not released any statement regarding the incident – whether the investigation is being held or not. Meanwhile, netizens are demanding a thorough investigation on Mark and Patricia McCloskey and asking the police to arrest the couple ASAP!

According to BuzzFeed News, a St. Louis police report favours the McCloskeys and identifies the duo as the victims. It also stated that the couple had called the police firsthand.
