Prince Andrew Helped Jeffrey Epstein By Pressuring US Government To Reduce Sentence In Sexual Case: Says Unsealed Documents

Recently, documents of a lawsuit against Ghislaine Maxwell, an associate of Jeffrey Epstein released which revealed friendship of Prince Andrew with the late sex trafficker’s group. It shed light on the claim that In 2018, the Epstein’s sentence of child prostitution in Florida was reduced with the help of British royalty.

A photograph also appeared which shows Prince Andrew, Duke of York, Jeffrey Epstein’s accuser Virginia Giuffre, and Ghislaine Maxwell.

Andrew came into the light when his association with Epstein came into the picture and Virginia Roberts Giuffre’s accusations of having repeated sex. Giuffre is among the teenagers who raised their voice against the traffickers.

But Andrew never accepted those accusations of Giuffre. The documents released challenged everything and also revealed that he was seen infrequently with Epstein during 2000 before he claimed that their friendship ended.

These are the documents that are part of a defamation lawsuit against Maxwell filed by Giuffre. On July 2, Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested with charges of helping Epstein’s sex trafficking business of underage girls.

According to Courthouse News, the documents were not released easily, it happened because of a year-long battle of public records in New York-based Second Circuit court.

Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2 are two more victims of Epstein that is claimed in the documents. It also says that Jeffrey Epstein got support from high-profile friends like Andrew and Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz for a reduced sentence as per the summaries of the Telegraph, the Daily Mail, and the Courthouse News documents.

In 2005, the investigation of sex trafficking, Epstein was charged for the first time. But somehow, he got himself out of trouble from the United States Attorney’s Office with a deal kind of thing. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison with the charges of soliciting a minor for prostitution.

Not only this, but he also managed to get the work-release program. Under which he had the permission to get out of prison for 12 hours a day, 6 days a week for work.

As per the documents, Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2 claimed that the son of Queen Elizabeth was one of the most trusted friends of Epstein. He helped Epstein a lot to get out of trouble and get special favors from the American authorities.

They claim, “(They are) looking for documents on Epstein’s lobbying efforts to persuade the government to give him a favorable plea agreement, including efforts on his behalf by Prince Andrew and former Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz.”

“They have argued that these materials are necessary to prove their allegations that, after Epstein signed the non-prosecution agreement, his performance (sic) was delayed while using his important social and political connections to pressure the justice department to obtain a more favorable plea agreement.“

The Courthouse News also reported that the recent release of the document also has a transcript version of Giuffre’s statement. In the statement, she pointed out the dirty hands of Andrew in Epstein’s operations.

When her lawyers asked Guiffre, Is there any possibility of having relevant information in Andrew’s mind? Then she said, “I don’t know how much I could help him, but since he himself is in a lot of trouble these days, I think he could, so I think he could be valuable.”

Guiffre in her lawsuit said that when she was 17, in 2001, Andrew had sex with her 3 times. In March 2001, she was introduced to Andrew in London.

In her claim, she was recruited by Ghislaine Maxwell as a wardrobe assistant work in Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort, Palm Beach. Before her trafficking to Andrew and others, she met Epstein at Palm Beach in Trump’s neighbor and forced to have intercourse with him.

Giuffre’s lawyers said, “Epstein ordered (Giuffre) to give Prince Andrew what he demanded and asked him to report on the details of the sexual abuse.”

As per the Courthouse News report, in the documents, she also put allegations of forced intercourse with Alan Dershowitz by Epstein various times.

But Dershowitz denied the allegations with a tweet on Friday:

The reports also revealed that the documents include Giuffre’s claim that various high-profile people like former Vice President Al Gore, former President Bill Clinton, Naomi Campbell, and Heidi Klum are among the guests on Epstein’s Island.

But she didn’t accuse Clinton of any illegal activities but she specifically added that Clinton visited after the end of his presidency.

According to the Daily Mail, the legal team of Andrew says he is ready to cooperate but the US prosecutors didn’t respond to them. But there is a whole opposite story from the side of prosecutors that Andrew is not cooperative. The United States Attorney General Bill Barr said the FBI is for sure wants to take his interview.
