Yeh Hai Mohabbatein 12th January 2016: The episode starts with Abhishek telling everyone that Sarika will stay in their house. Ishita said she had tried to kill. Abhishek says we don’t have any proof. He said that she charged Bhalla family for dowry and harassment case and she also took help of Ishita’s fake case and also she said that Rohit is small so he needs her mother. The court sent him to check whether they were nice to her or not. Till court gives its decision she will stay with them. Ishita scolds Sarika for using such laws.

Abhishek even says that he was ashamed that Sarika was her sister and was just doing his duty, so he can’t help it. Sarika then makes fun of the drama that happened and asks Ashok for coffee. Ashok denies and leaves. Sarika taunts Mihika saying she heard that she got divorced. Romi just raises his hand. Sarika asks Abhishek to tell her that Romi can no more slap her. Sarika asks Neelu for tea as everyone leaves.
Sarika saw Romi’s pic in her room and said he thought she would come to rescue her but he was busy romancing with Mihika. She goes in flashback and remembers how Ashok showed him pics of Mihika and Romi. Ashok said that Romi had found his new love interest.

Sarika plans to teach Romi a lesson. Romi then scolds Sarika seeing her in his room. Sarika said that he don’t want to live with him and leaves.
Sarika goes to Raman and Ishita’s room. Raman scolds her for entering their room without knocking. She says as she doesn’t want to live with Romi so she wants to shift to this room as Rohit’s belongings were also in this room, so they should shift to some other room. Raman asks her if she was mad. Sarika told him that he can’t treat her badly and will call the police for you not allowing me to meet her child. Ishita takes Raman and says they can live in some other room.

Raman tells Ishita that they have to stop Sarika. He then gets Pathak’s call and asks him to make adoption papers ready. He says once they adopt Rohit what Sarika will do. Raman then asks Bala. He is in fear. He says Suraj and Kholsa were demanding 3 crores for his house. Raman asks him to get the contract papers as they were going to Pathak.

Sarika then goes downstairs and orders Neelu to get her food and water. Neelu is stopped by Ishita. Sarika goes and scolds Neelu and raises her hand to slap her. Ishita holds her hand and said If she wanted to stay in this house she has to do her works on her own and no one is her servant and she can’t misbehave with Neelu as she was also a part of the family. Sarika leaves saying that she will show them their right place soon.
Ishita then goes to Mrs Bhalla and consoles her that they will fight the situation and hugs her.
Next morning, Raman is handed papers by Sarika and she says to distribute the property as she was a single mother and her husband does not exist. I want money to raise my child, she adds. Romi says her to stop doing such nonsense things. He is stopped by Mr Bhalla. She again asks for her share for her and her child’s future. Mr Bhalla said that it was his family, and no shares will be there. Sarika stops Mr Bhalla from saying. Romi again raises her hand and Sarika says that she will show the pic to police and say how wrong Romi behaved with her.
She then blackmails Raman and family to sign the papers unless she will show the photo to police. Mrs Bhalla said all this was happening because of Rohit. Ishita asks we should go to Pathak and take his help.
Romi shares everything with Mihika and she says him to relax as they will find a solution. He breaks a glass and hurts himself. Mihika does the first aid. Sarika sees this and gets angry remembering Ashok’s word and thinks she would not let this happen.
Pathak tells Ishita that they can’t adopt Rohit without documents. He says they have to pressurise the manager to give them the documents. Ishita says she tried but he didn’t. Pathak says we will go to him with a lawyer and he will tell us everything getting scared. Ishita thinks if she was going to do a big mistake.
