Yeh Hai Mohabbatein 5th January 2016: The episode starts; Mrs. Bhalla is discussing her idea to apologize to Shagun with Manoj and then after returning to home Raman and Ishita talked to Manoj. Manoj leaves them for his flight for his 2-day trip and Mrs. Bhalla goes for cooking Shagun’s favorite pakoras. Ishita takes away Rohit when Neelu asked Mrs. Bhalla about Rohit.
Suraj gets mad and says that he will ruin the Bhalla family. Bala is also pressurized by Khosla. Suraj told Ishita that he will let her see her sister and her husband getting ruined. Suraj goes to Ishita to take Rohit after asking Neelu about him. Raman and Ishita are discussing Sarika’s cheat on Romi and Ishita is of the opinion that they should tell the truth to Romi before he gets shattered hearing this from someone else.

After this Bala gets a call from Bank. He informed him that Mr. Khosla in not his loan guarantor now and he has to repay the loan amount within a month. He disconnected the call saying, Bank can’t help now. Bala told Appa that his business partner dumped him. Suraj is informed all this by Khosla and he asked him to make sure that he is unable to pay the loan and will loose all his belongings and come to the road, and suffer like his brother is suffering in the jail.

Romi starts crying seeing Sarika’s pic in his room. He starts throwing his things madly in anger. Hearing Romi’s screaming Ishita and Raman go there and decides to meet him and give Rohit to him. Romi asked her that why had Sarika done this with him. Romi also denies raising Rohit saying he is not his father and why should he raise someone else’s child.
Ishita said him not to bring his hatred for his son because of Sarika and made him understand that people adopt a child when they can’t give birth to a child. Romi said he can’t accept him as his child because his face makes him remember Sarika’s cheat. Ishita explained to him that he has his Rohit and Sarika is gone now. He asks her to leave immediately because he doesn’t want to see anyone and not that child.
Mrs. Bhalla also asks Romi for the reason but he says that he can’t do like Ishita and he is human and argues with them to let him leave the house. Romi points to Ishita and Raman for asking the reason to her. On again asking, he replies that he is not the father of Rohit and he is not her grandson. Raman says him that they did not wish to hurt him. Romi says to take the child to orphanage. Ishita and Raman console Mrs. Bhalla and says they will not take Rohit away.
Mrs. Bhalla starts crying seeing Rohit. Ishita said that was the prior reason she wanted to tell the truth to mummy Ji. Raman says her that she will get okay as she loves Rohit very much. Mrs. Bhalla gives Rohit to Ishita and asks her to take him to an orphanage and Romi was right in his saying.
Raman and Ishita get shocked from her behavior. She said that he will remind them about Sarika’s cheat. Raman says him that what is his mistake if Sarika has done this and says that Rohit will stay with them and this is his final decision.
