Another Split In Bollywood – Farhan Akhtar To Divorce Wife Adhuna Akhtar: The latest news from the B-town is that the actor and the filmmaker Farhan Akhtar and his wife Adhuna Akhtar both have decided to separate. Akhtar who is now 42 married to Adhuna who is 48 in the 2nd millennium after they had been in a relationship for 3 long years.
This big decision has triggered various emotions among his fans and followers. Putting all the rumors and gossips apart, an official statement was made by the couple that the decision to be separated is a mutual one.
Farhan has two children with Adhuna, Shakya and Akira.

“This is to announce that we, Adhuna and Farhan, have mutually and amicably decided to separate”
Both of them have moved together a long way till now, everyone is curious to know why they have taken such a decision and what happened as they had to take such a decision.
Another statement was released on behalf of them where the couple stated that
“Our children remain our priority and it is immensely important to us, as responsible parents, that they be protected from unwarranted speculation and public glare.”
‘We sincerely request that we are given the privacy that is required at this time to move forward in a dignified manner.”

A series of joint statements have been issued by the Akhtar’s made which clearly defines that they do not want any outside involvement into their personal matters. Moreover, they do not want the familial issues to be made as a gossip and they want their privacy including the privacy of their children.
These statements clearly show they love their children and they both are concerned about them even if they planning to get apart.
Farhan has been in the Bollywood industry for quite a long. He made his debut with “Dil Chahta Hai” in 2001, it proved to be a super hit. One important thing about this film is that it was the same film that also started the career of Adhuna as a hairstylist. It was the first step through which she entered the Bollywood. She owns and runs a chain of salons.
Farhan is known for his versatility. He has accomplished a number of achievements with his self-multi-faceted talents. He is a singer, writer, poet produces, directs and acts in films and what else can one do?
His split with Adhuna has been rising as a story after the much talked split of the superstar Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan’s in 2013.
In his latest film, Wazir Adhuna was seen nowhere, which is contrary to the part of her which was mostly present by Farhan’s side at red carpet events, parties and functions.
