Brahmotsavam 3rd Day Collection, Brahmotsavam 1st Sunday Box Office Total 3 Days Report and Occupancy: “Brahmotsavam” Mahesh Babu’s first release of this year made good strides in the biz at the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana (AP/T) BO on Saturday as compared to the opening day collection.

It was able to touch a Rs 25 crore mark in the two-day business at the BO. Mahesh Babu’s emotional and heart-warming family drama ran into the market on 20th may over 1,000 cinema halls and thought a cyclone hit in the area worsened the condition, but still as the day passed movie got a booming response in the Telangana in the morning and later shows.
The mixed reviews from the audience and frantic word of mouth made its presence felt on latter shows everywhere in the box office. The first-day collection of the flick “Brahmotsavam” counted to Rs 16.30 crore at the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana BO whereas distributors share accounted of Rs 12.56 crore.
Though the Mahesh Bahu’s “Brahmotsavam” was expected to shatter the old record of “Srimanthudu” and lead the biggest opener table, but “Srimanthudu” still tops the table as “Brahmotsavam” failed to make it.
Saturday also turned out to be a black one for the movie as the negative word of mouth along with heavy rain pulled the business down. The movie descended to an earning of around just 4.08 crore on Saturday dropping to 25% of its opening day collection. “Brahmotsavam” total gross at the AP/T BO of the opening day and Saturday sums up to Rs. 20.38 crore which is somewhat shackling for the investors.

The two-day share for the distributors turned out to be 19 crores as the flick revenue was around 4.08 crore for its distributors on Saturday. The expected earnings for the first weekend is around Rs 3.5 crore seeing the bad word of mouths and downgrading reviews.
Lastly, this release of Mahesh Babu was not able to throw at fans what is expected of him.
