When Sky One came with Bulletproof series, it received a positive response from critics as well as the audience. It revolves around two NCA detectives Aaron Bishop and Ronnie Pike Jr. It is one of the most loved crime show in the UK.

Season two ended in March of this year. Since then the waiting game for the announcement begun. So far there has been no official announcement of the show coming back. Although there is one good news for all the Bulletproof fans. The makers of the show announced that there is going to be a three-episode special that will be airing on Sky One in Autumn 2020. There was a tweet from Noel Clarke who confirmed the news. He mentioned in the tweet that they luckily completed the shoot before lockdown.

The plot revolves around two NCA detectives trying to solve crimes like drug trafficking, armed robberies, etc. Season two picked from where season one left off. In season two we saw Bishop and Pike go undercover to find out more about the Markides family. In the end, we saw Bish joined hands with Tanner to track Alex and Mikey. (check: The Kissing Booth 2.)
Cockridge faced embarrassment for his failed raid attempt where the two were supposedly hiding. So far there is no confirmation about season three coming. Neither do we know what the plot will be like. However, we can take a guess that the show will still continue with the pair trying to solve crimes. It will also focus on their pair and it will be filled with fun-filled banters.
However, when talking about the three-part not much was revealed. The three-part special follows Bishop and Pike as they travel to South Africa. They are set to face the underworld of Cape Town. How many episodes are there in Bulletproof season 3?
Season one and two have consisted of six episodes and season two had eight episodes. So, if there is a season three, we will see somewhere around six to eight episodes. However, it is not confirmed. The runtime is around one hour long. So, it is likely to be around the same length if season three comes.
