Jai Gangaajal 1st (First) Day Collection Friday Box Office Opening Day Report and Occupancy: In the sequel of Ajay Devgan’s “Gangaajal”, Priyanka Chopra is playing the role of the lead character of a police officer. The lead actress has achieved a lot at international level with the success of “Quantico” TV series and Oscars. Though she is too much busy nowadays, still she managed time for the production of this movie.

However, it is not sure that this flick might give similar results. It has the domestic screen count of 2684 and overseas is approx. 300 screens. The lead actress now has lots of fans at international level. So, the international market might give better results.
As per the report, it has not started well in India. The biggest release with a screen count of over 2000 of the year can have the disastrous business. Now, it all depends on the words of mouth of audiences and moviegoers. It is released in the best time of the season with negligible competition in the market.
The director, Prakash Jha targeted the Indian audiences mainly on the single screens of small theaters of the country. Still, it doesn’t create pre-release buzz as expected from the Priyanka Chopra’s flick. The promotion has not been done on big scale which being one of the reasons for the low Friday collections.

The action drama film opened with the minimal occupancy of 10% on the opening day at the main centers of the country. This amount of occupancy doesn’t give the sign of Priyanka Chopra starrer movie. Her other projects are going hilariously great globally, this might disappoint her and the makers too.
