Monster Musume Season 2 Release Date, Promo, Air Date and Spoilers: This manga written series made its first debut on July 7, 2015, on AT-X and was later broadcasted on Tokyo MX and other Japanese TV Channels. This was followed in March by the announcement that a television series would begin airing in July 2015. Season one of this series had a total of 12 episodes. At present, the series has been collected into thirteen volumes and it was in the seventh series when the news about season one got announced.
What attracts the large audience towards the series was the combination of humans and “Liminals (half human and half animal). The story of Monster Musume revolves around Kimihito Kurusu a Japanese student whose life is thrown into turmoil after accidentally becoming involved with the “Interspecies Cultural Exchange” program.

For years, the Japanese government has kept a secret that these mythical creatures (liminal) are real. Three years before the start of the story, the government revealed the existence of these creatures and passed a legal bill, the “Interspecies Cultural Exchange Act”.
Since then liminals got the opportunity to settle among humans in order to understand their culture. What was not allowed or restricted was that both humans and liminals were forbidden from harming each other and having any sexual relationship?
Accidentally, a day a Japanese student namely Kimihito who didn’t want to be part of this program. But become automatically part of such program when the coordinator of the program delivers the very scared and embarrassed Miia(Liminal) to his door.
Kimihito didn’t have the heart to send her away and they started living together. Miia was the female liminal with half human and half snake body, despite the restrictions Miia often tries to seduce Kimihito.
And gradually other females also got settle in Kimihito’s house and it does not take long for him to find himself in a hectic environment. As he has to bear the tantrums of those liminals and the dramas of helping them get along in the human world.
The situation takes on a new twist after he is told that because of expected changes in the law dealing with human-liminal relationships, he is expected, as a test case, to marry one of the girls. Although creators have not announced any plan regarding Monster Musume Season-2.
But in the last episode, they had teased the fans with the secret message which says “NIKI KETTEI” which means Season 2 confirmed. The manga series is very popular and able to attract large audience thus there is no reason to cancel the season. The series is expected to release in 2018.
