Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (PRDP) 8th Day Collection: The “PRDP” is beating previous year records of Salman Khan’s “Kick” and Shah Rukh Khan’s “Chennai Express” by its total seven days BO collection. The SRK’s “Chennai Express” earned Rs. 156.7 Cr and “Kick” collected Rs. 164.09 Cr as the first-week business.

The film is not able to break the first week records of “Bajrangi Bhaijaan” as trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, “#PremRatanDhanPayo crosses *Week 1* biz of #Kick – ₹ 164.09 cr. But will remain lower than #BajrangiBhaijaan *Week 1* biz – ₹ 184.62 cr…”

The Salman Khan’s movie is successful in surpassing the lifetime collection records of “Tanu Weds Manu Returns” and become the second highest grosser of the year 2015 as Adarsh tweeted, “#PremRatanDhanPayo surpasses *lifetime biz* of #TWMReturns. Taran also tweeted the 1st-week box office collection of “PRDP”. He revealed, Thursday 40.35 Cr, Friday 31.05 Cr, Saturday 30.07 Cr, Sunday 28.30 Cr, Monday 13.62 Cr, Tuesday 12.04 Cr, Wednesday 10.02 Cr which makes a total of Rs. 165.45 Cr first week box office collection.

However, the Salman Khan’s blockbuster movie crossed the Rs. 200 Cr mark at worldwide box office. The flick features Salman Khan and Sonam Kapoor in the lead roles. Other star casts include Neil Nitin Mukesh and Anupam Kher. The flick had been produced under the banner name of Rajshri Productions and is distributed by Fox Star Studios.
