Rishi Kapoor passes away at the age of 67: Veteran Bollywood actor is no more.

Rishi Kapoor: The veteran Bollywood actor was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday morning to HN Reliance Hospital. He reported some breathing problems first, but the reason for death was cancer. His treatment was running for a year in the US and he was struggling with cancer since 2018.

The cancer was confirmed in 2018 and went to the USA for the treatment. In September 2019, he returned back to India after the treatment.

He requested everyone to support doctors, Nurses, and Policemen to fight against the coronavirus pandemic.

He was the man who made iconic Bollywood films from ‘Bobby’ to ‘Do Dooni Chaar’ and won various awards including National Film Award, Filmfare Best Actor Award (1974), Filmfare Critics Award (2011) for Best Actor, Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor (2017) and Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award (2008).

Recently, he was reported to cast in ‘Sharmaji Namkeen’ which has the directions of ‘Hitesh Bhatia’. Not only veteran movies, but he also worked in modern films such as ‘Rajma Chawal’, ‘Mulk’, ‘Kapoor & Sons‘, etc.

Though, he started his career as a child artist in ‘Shree 420’ which was directed by Raj Kapoor. After that he got his own identity in the industry with the huge success of again Raj Kapoor-directed, ‘Bobby’

He just left his body but he will always be alive in his films and in the heart of fans. He is one of the most loved artists from the ‘Kapoor’ family.
