First aired in 2010, The Walking Dead is based on post-apocalyptic situations on the AMC network. The rating for this show went high because of our survivors and their stories. It successfully came out with 10 seasons. Even though the rating for the show went down, it was confirmed in Comic-Con 2019 that the show is coming with TWD season 11.
We also know that the show creators are coming with a spin-off for the show which is going to be a trilogy film series. It sure is very exciting for the fans. It has also been mentioned that this series may go on for another 20 seasons. It means that there is much more coming for us in the store.

What is the plot of The Walking Dead season 11?
In every season, we have seen the plot has been fresh and different from the comic book. It has let fans see an alternate side of the story. The writers of the show have pointed out that they are trying to bring two characters from the opposite line together. We have seen new additions to the cast like Carol and Darryl. It looks like we will be seeing more of them as they get along well.
They are also trying to show something between Darryl and Negan. It will then end up moving towards a bigger picture in the future. The plot for has not been officially released, but there were some remarks made by the writers. So at this point, it is just a guess game based on whatever they have mentioned.
The tv has been getting further and further away from the source material. It is being done in an effort to keep the material original and fresh even for the ardent fans of the comic books. Who is in the season 11 cast of The Walking Dead?
In each installment, we see characters go and that’s just how it is. Which is why it is hard and unpredictable to tell who will be the cast but by what we have come to know about the plot one thing is sure that Lauren Cohan as Maggie whom we haven’t seen since season 9 is coming back for this installment.
We may not see Danai Gurira in season 11 as she has officially bowed out in the 10th installment. However, it is not confirmed if there is going to be a cameo from her, but Kang mentioned if required the doors will always be open. Michonne and Jerry (Cooper Andrews) won’t be back. Everything is tricky in a zombie apocalypse.
As of now, no confirm names have been out. We do know somebody will be dying in season 10 finale. So, we surely know that 1-2 characters won’t be back for another season. Is there any trailer for The Walking Dead season 11?
As of now, the filming of the show has not begun, but it is said that the shoot may begin soon. So once the shoot begins, we may either see the trailer maybe in this year itself. In the past few years, the official trailer for each installment has been released at the San Diego Comic-con, but it has been canceled this time.

Will there be a The Walking Dead season 11? Release Date:
Every year, a new installment is released around Halloween. However, looking at the things as they are right now it looks like this year, we won’t be seeing the new season on Halloween 2020. It has been mentioned that they are already working on the next term remotely and as soon as situations get better the shoot may begin.
As of now, the finale of season 10 has also not come on air because of the situation currently being faced by the production houses. It was mentioned that it was difficult to finish the last episode.
