Weight Loss Breakfast
He started drinking a glass of warm water with lemon and honey in the morning. Then the turn comes for 10 soaked almonds, raisins, walnuts, figs, raw peanuts afterward brown bread (2 slices) with peanut butter.

One chapati, a bowl of mixed vegetables and daal along with curd and salad to make it tastier and easy for the digestive system.

A big bowl of dal or grilled chicken with salad again to make food easy to digest.

Later on, the core weight exercises came into action. He first followed push-pull and leg training. His main focus was on deadlifts and squats with weight.
