Yeh Hai Mohabbatein 16th February 2016: The episode starts with Ruhi being taken to the hospital. Adi informs Bala. Bala says he should stay with kids and asks Appa. Raman asks the doctor. Doctor asks him not to worry. Ishita gets restless after having a bad dream about Ruhi. Amma and Shagun cry. Ishita starts chanting the guyatari mantra. Everyone looks her.

Doctor comes and says they cleaned her stomach. Doctor says poison was in milk. Doctor said Ruhi had an infection from fever and it should go low in the next 24 hours. He says Ruhi was taking Ishita’s name, call her, she might respond to the treatment soon.
Mrs. Bhalla cries and thinks how could poison came in milk. She recalls Vandu. She says it might be her mistake. Amma asks. She said I asked Vandu to make it and when I was going to give the milk to Shagun, she was sleeping so I gave it to Ruhi. She says she might have done this in poor concentration. Amma says she is going from bad time but she can’t do this. Amma leaves. Mrs. Bhalla thinks how to say.

Raman asks Abhishek to let Ishita come out for Ruhi’s sake. Niddhi arrives. She asks you took my idea so serious that you gave your daughter poison. Raman scolds her. She says now we can get Ishita out for 24 hours and take doctor’s signature, I will go to jail authorities and they will send Ishita.
Raman and Manoj go to meet the doctor. Manoj asks if Ishita was coming as Ruhi needs her. He says the fever should not reach the brain. Raman says I was trying for this. Sarika smiles to everything happening. She thinks her plan should not fail and something should happen.

Bala talks to Amma and says how they can think that Vandu added poison in milk. He says I will go there and explain them. Vandu listens to all this. She asks Bala. He says someone added poison in Ruhi’s milk. She asks him to go there. Vandu thinks how can they think so.
Ishita arrives there and cries seeing Ruhi. The doctor asks everyone to leave. Raman says thanks to Abhishek. Abhishek says we should pray she gets well soon. Ishita takes Ruhi’s name and she wakes up. Raman comes and hugs them.
Everyone sees Ruhi become fine. Doctor checks and says fever was getting down. Raman then comes with a candle and sandwhich and wishes Ishita, happy anniversary. She hugs him and gets happy.
