It is confirmed by the sources that by the end of the second week, the flick has crossed Rs. 123 crores worldwide. 24 film was made on a budget of Rs. 65 crores which it had successfully recovered. The flick was worth it and performance of Suriya is just fabulous.
As per the reports, it is confirmed that the flick has been ranked first in Chennai for maximum box office collection in 2016 till now. The domestic collections of the film in North India played a key role in total aggregate collections.
The first 10 days collections of 24 film from Chennai itself is Rs. 3.84 crores. Today the film has completed its 14th day over screens. Let’s have a look at total two weeks collection from north states of India:
The highest collection is reported from Tamil Naidu approximately Rs. 40 crores. Talking about 14 days aggregate business from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, it is estimated around Rs. 30 crores.
Further, the total figures gathered from Karnataka and Kerala are Rs. 9 crores and Rs. 13 crores respectively. At the same time, the collection from all other parts of India is relatively low around Rs. 2.46 crores only.
The overseas business also played a major role in the success of 24 and the total 14 days sum from international market is Rs. 27.17 crores. As per the reports, it is calculated that the worldwide business of 24 at the end of two weeks is approximately Rs. 123.07 crores.
