Azhar 7th Day Collection, Azhar 1st Thursday Box Office Total 7 Days Report and Occupancy: Emraan Hashmi starrer Azhar has today completed its first week over BO screen. This first biographic film of 2016 is not only the 10th highest opening day Box Office collector but also mentioned itself in 9th highest first-weekend collection.

Beside Emraan Hashmi, Prachi Desai, and Nargis Fakhri, the film also features Lara Dutta in an important role. The flick received a good start on the opening day and collected Rs. 6.30 crores domestically. Saturday and Sunday witnessed a rise in business around 11% and 7.14% respectively.
By the end of the first weekend, collections had shown a significant increase and the weekend concluded with Rs. 20.80 crores from India. Then the flick entered into weekdays where its business declined almost 50%.
Yesterday was the 6th day or first Wednesday of the flick over BO where the film had satisfactory domestic collections of Rs. 2 crores. The total aggregate domestic income of the film in 6 days is Rs. 28.20 crores.
Today, the film has completed its first week or 7th day over screens. The 1st Thursday income reports of the movie are as follows: As per the reports, it is estimated that the 7th-day income of the flick should be around Rs. 2 crores.
With this the total first-week domestic income of Azhar should have crossed Rs. 30 crores. The collection reports are much better from north region of India as compared to others part of the country. The overseas income reports are also in the favor of Azhar and the flick has created a great buzz.
Although, the way of presentation of the story in the flick is quite typical according to some of the audiences but the performance of Emraan Hashmi is really appreciable.

Till now the flick faced a little of competition only from a few adjacent releases but now it is estimated by the critics that business of Azhar would further decline after the new release of this weekend “Sarbhjit” starring Randeep Hooda and Ashwariya Rai Bachchan in the lead roles.
