Britney Spears fans have started trending #FreeBritney on Twitter following the Spears court-mandated Conservatorship and not allowed to call 911 by the family. The singer has not talked about the current issues on her social media, instead, she has told the fans that everything is okay around her. But it is not.
Fans fear that Britney’s fame and money are being used by the management and family to fill their own pockets.
Britney Spears Conservatorship
What does a conservatorship mean? It merely means that she cannot take her own financial and personal decisions, someone else from her family, Jamie Spears (Britney’s father), is given all the control over daughter’s business affairs and own choices.
The conservatorship is enforced on Britney since 2008 when she went bald and drove around the city with her small children on her lap instead of using the safety belts or any sort of safety measure.
The same year, Spears was taken to a psychiatric hospital two times for the treatment. Jamie Spears was given temporary conservatorship rights in 2008, which was imposed permanently next year.
Nothing stated above is confirmed by Britney Spears herself, it all is considered speculations from her fans. However, the fans hold strong evidence to back their theories. For example, after leaving her LA residency, the singer kind of disappeared into thin air. No Instagram posts, no public appearances, and nothing one expect from a star.
How long will the conservatorship last? Unless her family decides to drop the conservatorship, she cannot be left to roam freely or make her own decisions.
