Keanu Reeves’ John Wick 4 is an upcoming action thriller movie. We know we cannot get enough of John and his revenge. Justice is yet to be served. After John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum hit the theaters, it earned around $326.7 million which became a huge success. Now, we know that the franchise is coming back with its 4th Installment.
Initially, it was hinted that JohnWick was going to be a trilogy however the ending of the third installment said otherwise. We even heard the release date set to release on May 21, 2021. We knew the wait was alright, but then the unexpected delays began and the news of movies being delayed starting surfacing.

What will happen in John Wick 4? Plot:
In the 3rd installment, we saw that John was shot by Winston by the manager of The Continental to regain High Table’s confidence. However, John isn’t dead yet. We can understand by this that John will be back for more revenge. It looks like Bowery King and John will work together to take revenge.
However, the story is still under wraps. There has been no announcement for the story as of now. We can already see that hints for the next film lies in the 3rd installment itself. John Wick 4 Cast: Who is in and Who’s out?
As of now, we only know that Keanu Reeves is going to be joining in the 4th part. Without him, the movie wouldn’t make sense but it is a relief for most of the fans that the movie is coming. However, apart from him, there is no confirmation about the other cast. We are not sure if they will reprise their roles.
We can sure expect some actors to step in for the movie. We may see Laurence Fishburne as Bowery King and Ian Mcshane as Winstone, as they are the important people for the next part. John Wick TV Series: Is it happening?
Chad stated that there is going to be a tv series with a different lead character. The plot is likely to revolve around the coin exchanging hotel. Chad is currently working on the show and it looks like the tv series will come before the 4th installment. It is likely that Keanu will make a cameo but chances of Ian coming to the show are slim. I guess we will have to wait for further announcements of the show.
Will there be a John Wick 4 (release date)? When will it premiere?
At first, the release date of the film was set to May 21, 2021 next to Matrix 4. However, Chad who is directing the film has said that this movie won’t be released in 2021. As the production has been pushed back due to the pandemic. It is now said that the movie will be pushed even a year further.
It will now be released on May 27, 2022. There is going to be a long wait before we would be able to watch it. Reeves was going to film John Wick 4 right after Matrix 4. However, now since we don’t know when the shoot will start for Matrix 4 yet. The release will be delayed.
