Kumkum Bhagya 31st May 2016: The episode starts with Tanu giving Abhi the money. He asks from where she arranged it. She said my mom gave it to me for wedding shopping. Abhi says I will never forget your favor. Tanu tells Pragya now Abhi will always be beneath my favors.

Abhi tells Dadi that ambulance is coming. Dadi asks she had done good but it will be bad for me. She asks Aakash to check if the notes were from stolen money. Abhi goes clueless. Mitali gets shocked and asks Tai Ji if she told her.
Tai Ji said she had drank Digene three times since morning. Mitali thinks then who could have told her. Dadi suddenly gets up and starts walking. Pragya asks her to take rest. She says she had staged this act to catch the real thief. Pragya said but I saw you falling down the stairs in pain.
She said I know the thief was in the house but don’t know who was. Pragya asks how will you know if these are the stolen notes. She said Purab and Aakash have a habit of writing the serial number of notes. Tanu comes inside and says the ambulance is here.

She sees her sitting all well on the bed. Aakash comes and says these are the stolen notes. Tanu gets shocked. She says my mom had given me this money. Pragya asks but what about the serial numbers then. She says you are trapping me and Sarla has already confessed the theft.
Abhi says she did so to protect Pragya. Tanu says Aakash is with her. Abhi says I know it’s his childhood habit to note down the serial numbers. She says Pragya has done this. Dadi asks her to accept her crime and not argue foolishly.
Aakash goes in Tanu’s room to find more money. He thinks she is clever so she might have hidden it somewhere else. Just then he opens her makeup suitcase and finds the money. He says you are gone forever now.
Tanu asks Abhi to help her. He says I knew Sarla didn’t theft and I can’t ignore the fact that the numbers are matching. Aakash comes and asks Abhi to go to Tanu’s room. She gets shocked. Tanu thinks I will reach before them and hide the money.
Mitali says there is no place for you now. Aakash asks Abhi to open her trunk. He opens it and shows Abhi the money. He gets shocked. Aakash says I have the number of the seller who sold this trunk to Tanu.
Abhi asks Tanu. She says I bought this trunk but I don’t know from where this money came. Aakash says we will call the police and they will test your fingerprints on this. Abhi recalls all the insult and harsh words said by Tanu to Sarla.
Pragya asks Dadi how you did this. Dadi says don’t worry it’s done now. She still asks. She says when I came back home I asked Robin if everything was OK. He said Mitali is having pain in her stomach.
