With the “Sultan” being one of the biggies in the Salman Khan’s career, the flick has done a fabulous business at the BO.

“Sultan” made a dazzling opening at the Box Office, and even after that the Biz was incredible in the latter three days. With the superb response from the audience, the flick just did wonders. In the three days run at the BO, the flick crossed the Rs 100 crore mark at the Domestic BO.
Not only at the Domestic BO the flick even had a fabulous response to the overseas market too. The movie made an incredible Rs 136 + crore at the overseas market from its 12-days run and the after days.
Until far now, Rs 280.10 crore has been put into the pocket by the “Sultan” for its makers. It’s 18th-day collection will approx. around for Rs 3-4 crore* at the Domestic BO, thus inching closer to the record earning of the flick “Baahubali: The Beginning” at the worldwide level.

Later, the 19th-day collection for the flick will again be nearby Rs 3 – 4 crore*. With the input, “Sultan” will make it closer to overtake “Baahubali: The Beginning”, which holds the record of minting Rs 586.45 crore at the worldwide Box Office. “Sultan” has till now grossed more than Rs 530 crore at the Worldwide BO.
Thus going by the experts views, “Sultan” will easily overtake the Baahubali: The Beginning in terms of worldwide BO earnings. But still, it may be the top two that is “PK” by Aamir Khan and “Bajrangi Bhaijaan” by Salman Khan.
Despite all the major earnings that the flick made, the leads have also gardened great applause for their performances in the movie. The duo of Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma made a great debut at the BO with the flick “Sultan”.
“Sultan” all being about the hardships of an Indian wrestler, fighting for his life back forms the basis of the storyline. Sultan after losing his family, uses the adaptation of the Wrestling game, to win his pride, honour and his family back.
The flick is an excellent mixture of emotion, drama and action. Director Ali Abbas Zafar has made an excellent composure of emotional drama and action, thus throwing at audience something which keeps the audiences in their seats tight for approximately 3 hours.
“Sultan” will definitely slide in at number 3 slot, at the maximum worldwide earnings. But its final position in the stack of the Highest Biz performers at the Worldwide BO will be known when it ends it lifetime run.
Will it slide to the second slot or will it remain at number three, only the coming time will tell. This weekend will play a precious role in outlining its destiny.
