On Jan 25, 2016, Sam Guevara attended The Whole F’N Show podcast. During the interview, the host asks Sammy about Charlotte Flair winning matches from both Banks and Becky Lynch.
Instead of responding to the ongoing topic, Sammy Guevara comments on Sasha Banks, “Bro, Sasha Banks… oh my God. When I was at the WWE the other week, I wanted to just go f**king rape that woman.”
Sammy Guevara’s audio clip from podcast went viral on social after one Twitter user shared it on the account on June 22. Initially, the moto of sharing the audio clip was to focus the attention on the host who had ignored such an extreme comment on Sasha Banks and instead asked him about his career with WWE.

Sammy Guevara Comments on Sasha Banks: Result
The controversy led to the suspension of Sammy Guevara from AEW as he made harsh comments on Sasha Banks, WWE Woman’s Tag Team Champion. The wrestling show has entirely banned the star from performing in the shows whatsoever.
Guevara is suspended until further notice, AEW stated on Twitter. The company added that all his salary would be donated to the Woman’s Center of Jacksonville, Florida. The AEW suggestion Sammy to join a sensitive training programme and come back for re-evaluation.

The wrestler apologised to Sasha Banks afterwards on Twitter. Sammy posted two tweets describing how “stupid and inappropriate” he feels about Sammy Guevara comments on Sasha Banks. Read his tweets:-

Sasha Banks’ Reply on Sammy Guevara Comments
The WWE diva posted a statement on Twitter explaining that Guevara has apologised for his comments. Both of them had an open discussion about the possible outcomes of making such remarks at any human being.
