What is Noose NASCAR Meaning/Symbolism: As a noose was ‘found’, it must be placed by someone who wants Bubba to suicide or harm himself. The rope signifies lynching and hatred towards black people.
According to ESPN’s Marty Smith report, Wallace never saw the noose himself. One of his team members saw the rope lying in the garage and immediately reported the incident to NASCAR Officials, he stated.
NASCAR will take strict legal actions and work with law enforcement if necessary; the racing organization told Fox Sports.
Since its creation from 70 years ago, NASCAR has tried to ban the Confederate flags but failed miserably. Former Chairman Brian France attempted to bring about the change; however, his proposal was ignored and dismissed by people.

It is a symbol of LYNCHING of African Americans in the Jim Crow South. IT was a direct death threat probably related to Bubba’s successful campaign to have NASCAR ban the confederate flag.
