He said that Shubham handled the presentation but who will handle the deal. Akhil said that Kartik would handle the deal. Manish said to Akhil that Kartik is not focused and has no interest in it. He said that it could lead to a huge loss. Akhil asked Manish than who would handle the deal.
Manish said that he even didn’t know but it must not be Kartik. Naira heard this. She said to Manish that he could not underestimate his potential due to some technical fault. Manish said that Karthik is capable to do that but he is not making any use of his potential because he focuses more on her dance academy rather than his work.

So he can’t give him this responsibility. Kartik was playing with Luv and Kush. Naira came to Kartik and told him that Manish would not let him handle the deal. She said him to talk to Manish about it. But Kartik refused to talk with Manish about it.
He said that Shubham gave the presentation and ideally Shubham should handle the deal. Naira said that Shubham is an Amateur person. So he should help Shubham and guide him. Kartik said that he would be with him whenever he needed him or his help but he would not interfere with his work.
He said that it would be better if Shubham fulfilled the deal with his uncle and dad’s help. He said that he must stay away from everyone’s good and then it would keep everything in its place. He left from there. Kartik awoke in the morning. He saw that Naira was not there on the bed.
He got a phone call from Naira. Naira said him that she would stay at her paternal house for rehearsals till the republic event is over. Kartik said that he knew that she is upset about what he said, so she went there.
Naira said that she was worried about her performance and she is not satisfied with the choreography. She said that she wanted to improvise and put more efforts that’s why she came there. Kartik said that he had no issue that she stays there but she could have informed that she was leaving.
He said that she could have woken him up then he could have dropped her there. Karthik said to her to focus on rehearsals. They hang up the call. Naira thought that Kartik would be able to focus on his work in her absence.
Naira was at her paternal house. Naitik asked Naira if everything was fine as she came there without informing. Naira said that everything is fine and she came there just for her dance practice. Surekha asked Dadi where Naira went because she didn’t see her anywhere.
Dadi said that Naira approached her in the morning and asked her if she could go there for a few days. So she gave her permission to go. Dadi said that it would be better for their family as both of them would focus on their respective work.
Naira was missing Kartik. Kartik came to Naira’s house. Naira became happy to see him. Naira said him to go to office otherwise he would be late and she would be responsible for it. Kartik left from there. Kartik came to office. He saw that Shubham was behaving rudely with an employee.
He tried to make him understand but Manish came there and said to Kartik that the elders set an example for the young. He said to them to be aware of their responsibilities.
