Till now the confirmed gross income of the movie held at Rs. 287 Cr which is a total of the overseas collection of Rs. 110.83 Cr and domestic business of Rs. 176.97 Cr.

Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Varun Dhawan, and Kriti Sanon starrer “Dilwale” has beaten the records of SRK’s “Jab Tak Hai Jaan” with its worldwide BO collection. The statement on Intolerance in India of the lead actor, Shah Rukh Khan had ruined the performance of the flick at domestic box office. Because of the protest done by some big Hindu organisation of the country.
After shattering some previous records, the movie is now set to beat the record of 2nd highest grosser of 2015 i.e., Kangana Ranaut’s “Tanu Weds Manu Returns”. So, it has to make a total of above Rs. 200 Cr at the domestic level to break this record.

Some movies are scheduled to be released on 4th January 2016 like Aditya Roy Kapur’s “Fitoor” which going to be out under the banner of UTV Motion Pictures. The movie is still going strong at the overseas market which would successfully make the lifetime collections around Rs. 350 Cr.
