Gone Season 2: It is an internationally acclaimed police procedural crime drama television series, produced by Matt Lopez and NBC Universal Studios. In simple words, the series revolves around investigating agencies solving complex cases.
The series is an adaptation of Chelsea Cain’s 2014 novel One Kick. The problem with adaptations is that there is little left to the creativity of the writer. Despite this, the show’s writers have done a commendable job in molding the stories according to requirements.
Season one aired in three different countries (France, Germany, Australia) on three separate dates. The series had its world premiere in Australia. In the United Kingdom, the series premiered on Universal Channel, WGN America had acquired the rights to the series for the show to telecast in the US.
The base language of the show in all the countries was English still. In France and Germany, it got the dubbed version of their native languages. The show has got an IMDB rating of 7.1, which is very good because it’s just the show’s first season.
Gone Season 1: Quick Recap
Season one revolved around Kit Lannigan, a child abduction survivor, rescued by FBI agent Frank Novak. She became the top student in her martial arts class, inspiring her to change her name to “kick” showcasing empowerment.
